Announcement from Process Engineering in December 2010: Due to practical work obligations or other reasons, the following moderators are unable to meet the requirements for the daily management of the forum. After discussing this with the moderators in charge of their respective sections, it was decided to temporarily reclassify them as regular members, with the option to apply to join again once their working conditions permit it. The list is as follows: 1. Project management: lxmlq (UID: 37853), 110488654 (UID: 537129). Logistics technology: Yifei Keshao (UID: 396886), sirsunny (UID: 362959). 2. Some moderator candidates, after having their applications approved, have never taken part in any management tasks. We hereby issue anonymous criticism of this attitude of treating moderator applications as a joke, in the hope of drawing the attention of members who are interested in applying for moderator roles; those who behave badly will be subject to sanctions. 3. Some moderators fail to take leave as required when they are unable to participate in management due to other commitments. I will penalize this behavior in the end-of-month assessment. I hope everyone will abide by the forum rules.
