Confused, seeking help....

I have been working at a chemical engineering design institute in a province where I am not registered as a resident for almost half a year, while BF is in another location. For this reason, ZR has asked me, directly or indirectly, about my future plans, and has said in front of others (when I was present occasionally): “There’s a high chance that XX will leave in the future.” A few days ago, ZR heard from YZ: “I heard that XX is going to leave within half a year.” ”Then ZR directly asked me about my definite plans... saying they wanted to arrange a job for me (it’s abstract). Actually, I really like working in design, and I perform quite well at my current job... Now I don’t know what to do........
I’m firmly determined: I’m not leaving, I want to stay here in the long term. There’s nothing to think about； When the time comes to leave, just say that there are heavy pressures in real life; you didn’t want to go, but you have no choice.
It’s everyone’s mental habit for you to leave! It’s not unusual for a leader to think this way. It is recommended to talk to your supervisor. Express personal opinions. Perhaps the leader cares about you; after all, being in two different places for a long time isn’t a sustainable solution!
