I have a question: My factory has a set of equipment equipped with many gears. How can I check whether these gears are worn out and whether they need to be replaced? There are also 4 sprockets (gears); how can I determine if they are all in the same plane, given that these gears are tilted at 30° vertically.
We have previously processed gear molds to check for wear on gears. If the precision is not high, it is possible to create one’s own lead molds for the gears when they are new; the degree of wear can be determined using these molds. It is also necessary to check whether the gears are in a flat surface. If the gears are too long, steel wire can be used; for shorter lengths, steel tape measures measuring 1M or 2M can be employed. If the situation is very special, we would appreciate it if you could send pictures for review
