Help: Thesis for intermediate professional title evaluation

When evaluating intermediate professional titles in the machinery industry, it is required to publish papers, but after thinking it over, I feel that there is nothing to write about and I don’t know how to write. I am currently working in the field of chemical machinery and processes, and I am seeking help with writing a paper

I have the same confusion as the original poster; I still don’t know if what I’ve written can be published. I heard that one needs to pay money in order to get it published
For the intermediate level, it’s not necessary to have any publications. Our organization has just been rated at this level, and many people don’t have any publications yet; one can simply write down some of their own experiences or download relevant materials for reference, and then read them out when the time comes. Of course, those who do have publications will get a higher score
For the intermediate level, there is no need to submit anything; as long as it’s not all copied, that’s fine.
Are the requirements different depending on the region?
By combining one’s own work experience, the solutions to problems that arose, the new processes and equipment adopted, the operational conditions, as well as the improvements made to the processes, it should be easy to write about this topic; currently, it is quite easy to get such articles published in journals.
