Reply to 7# xy_wang128: I’m truly sorry. Antioxidants for water-based coatings are very rare in the market at present, and immature technology is a major reason for this. Many seemingly inexpensive water-based antioxidants are likely made by combining ordinary antioxidants with emulsifiers and then using ultrasound. This type separates into layers after being left for a while. If you are in the business of water-based wood paints, you might want to take a look at Yongguang’s products from Taiwan. I know they have two types of antioxidants (which Taiwanese also call stabilizers) designed for NC and PU water-based wood paints, and they are quite good.
