Pulp feed door control issue

Metso papermaking material control valves, DN150 size; the Honeywell QCS control system is used to operate these valves. Recently, there have been occasional instances of a sudden increase in pulp flow, with the flow rate rising by more than 30 units in an instant, resulting in an increase in the weight of the paper by over 10 grams. It returns to the original traffic level automatically after about 7 minutes. Adjusting the volume control valve during this period also does not work. Has anyone else encountered this situation?
