Reply to 1# xxj20003000: I started working in the silicon chemicals industry in 2005; I’ve visited many polysilicon plants and learned some process-related knowledge. The design concepts used by design institutes are sound, and the specifications are acceptable as well. But to actually implement these concepts, it’s not enough to just talk about them – process techniques, equipment, and control systems all need to work together. Even if the process is fine but the equipment isn’t up to standard, it’s useless no matter what; the equipment keeps breaking down, driving you crazy； If the equipment’s performance metrics don’t improve, it will drive you crazy. For example: if the reaction temperature is required to be 530 degrees, it’s difficult to maintain this temperature at that level. Issues such as the quality of the equipment, the sensitivity to temperature changes, and the control of the cooling or heating processes all require human intervention. In other words, a good manufacturing process needs the right people and the right equipment in order to function properly
