We also use shock wave soot blowers, and the results are good; the problem is that the pipelines corrode easily, so we have to keep repairing and replacing them!
We are modifying the shock wave soot blower; we used an ultrasonic soot blower before.
Now everyone uses lasers; other methods don’t work very well
The ESW shock wave soot blower works quite well, but the soot blowing port (on the side close to the waste heat boiler) is severely corroded. It is recommended to introduce unpurified air (or main air) into this pipeline for purging in order to prevent corrosion

Corrosion is mainly caused by flue gas dew point corrosion, a phenomenon that is quite common in shock wave soot blowers
