Team management is a fundamental element of enterprise management and the cornerstone of equipment management. Responsibilities of the team leader: The team leader is fully responsible for the daily management of the team. Responsibilities of a Meeting Organizer: The meeting organizer is fully responsible for team meetings, assists the team leader in translating the cultural vision of the company and the division into a cultural vision and work objectives for the team, promotes and ensures the implementation of the decisions made at various meetings, unifies the thoughts and values of team members, and helps to build a happy, dedicated, and professional equipment maintenance team. 1. Inspect the safety measures for various maintenance tasks in the division, the implementation of safety permits, and the identification of hazard sources. 4 Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the safety and environmental hygiene conditions at the work site of this team as well as in its designated area. 5 Be responsible for providing three-level safety training to new employees in the team, as well as safety training for those who change roles or return to work, and keep records for reference. 6 Responsible for submitting the team’s ‘Safety Ten-Day Report’. 7 Be responsible for promptly addressing safety hazards at the team’s work site and keeping proper records. 4. Responsibilities for organizing training: 1. Conduct safety drills and business skill training once a month, and carry out presentations on corporate culture or discussions of accident cases during the daily pre-shift meetings*. 2. The person in charge of organizing monthly training shall submit the plans for safety drills and professional skills training for the following month to the team leader. By the 28th of each month, all responsible persons must submit the training outlines to the team leader for approval. The assignment of instructors is determined by the person in charge of organizing training, who shall also submit the training plans for the following month to the equipment supervisor for review by the 28th of each month. 3. Team members must attend training for more than 2 class hours per month, and there must be records of the training sessions on professional skills. 4. Participants in each training session must take careful notes, and the training organizers will check these notes on the 30th of each month. 5. Monthly safety and operational skills tests are conducted for all employees, covering the content learned that month; based on the results of these tests, rewards and evaluations are given to the staff members. . 6. The training organizer is responsible for arranging the training and maintaining order during it, organizing training exams and asking questions, keeping records of assessments and rewards, and establishing training records for the team. 5. Responsibilities for organizing spiritual communication: 1. The team leader, group cadres, and production team supervisors conduct conversations with the individuals in their respective teams. 2. Before the conversation, group cadres should plan in advance who the conversation partner will be and how the conversation will proceed, and take notes during the talk. 3. The lubricant supplier is responsible for the acceptance, sampling, analysis, storage, and return of lubricants. 8. The mechanical team establishes specific rules for the “five fixations” and “three filtrations” of operating equipment, and ensures strict compliance with these rules. 9. Material issuance must be carried out strictly in accordance with the regulations, and the maintenance cost ledger must be filled out promptly. 10. Standardize material management, arrange them neatly, and ensure that specifications, models, quantities, and material types are clearly indicated. 11. Carry out the recycling of waste materials and be responsible for applying for rewards. 12. Summary and archiving of additions, transfers, and impairments of fixed assets. 13. Publish daily the completion status of the benchmark value for salary adjustments from the previous day. Standardize operators by providing professional training and requiring them to work with valid certificates. 5 Standardize the use and maintenance of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines. 6 Conduct pressure and volume training, hold examinations, and maintain records. 7. Standardize the renovation and repair of pressure vessels and pipes. 8. Establish a thickness gauge archive management system.
