I have written an article recently and am trying to find someone to publish it; it is said that it can be published in \"Northern Environment\", a provincial-level journal, with a fee of 600 yuan per 2,300 characters. Now I’ve been told that they have agreed to publish the article and that I need to pay a page fee. Does this sound legitimate? Could there be any scams? But she supports Alipay transactions, saying that payment can be postponed indefinitely until the magazine is received.

Some magazines are paid; you can only qualify for certain professional titles by having articles published in them, and that’s quite normal, as those magazines generally aren’t read by many people, haha
