Seeking a study plan to raise TOEIC scores from 500 to 700 within half a year

We are seeking TOECI preparation plans. I would appreciate some guidance from those who are good at English. The conditions are as follows: 1. Highly influenced by exam-oriented education, with poor listening skills; one can understand 70-80% of what is said in images, and 50-60% of the content in test questions. As for short conversations and monologues, only a few sentences can generally be understood, and answering questions relies entirely on analyzing the questions and guessing. P. 2. Grammar: Personally, I think the basics are well mastered; a quick review will suffice. 3. Vocabulary: Very poor; many words seem familiar, but I just don’t know them. It’s unlikely that one can forget vocabulary words that quickly anymore. 4. Time: It is estimated that at least 2 hours can be set aside each day to learn *English. 5. Speed: Basically, only around 180 questions can be completed. Other all-Mongolian. Question: 1. How can I improve my TOEIC listening skills? What materials should I use for training? 2. Building vocabulary, is it done through casual reading? I recommend some websites or materials related to TOEIC. 3. Other plans for comprehensive or focused breakthroughs.
I haven’t taken any exams in this area, nor do I know the approximate difficulty level of the questions, so I can only share my personal opinions based on my usual studies. If it’s just for exams, then find the official materials related to those exams to use for studying* – such as the official TOEIC guide, various practice questions*, listening MP3s, vocabulary lists, and so on. Official materials are more targeted. According to my own way of putting it (I heard someone use that term last time; it sounds a bit awkward, haha), if one has two hours per day for studying, and if they are determined to do so, even without focusing on exams, by studying systematically using any textbook available, it’s completely possible to make significant progress in English within half a year. The key to learning a language is persistence.
