Our factory has set the limit for free thiamine acid at 0.2%, but the level in my workshop always exceeds this limit. What could be the reason, dear colleagues? How should this be handled? (The acidity level is 2.5 during material discharge, the centrifuges in the workshop don’t have flushing water, and there isn’t much thiamine either.)
It is best to make a hole on the side of the centrifuge and install a water pipe; when discharging the product, some hot water can be used for cleaning. This will slightly reduce the output, but it’s necessary to ensure the product meets quality standards, and it will be effective.
