Is the interlock activated when starting up the heating furnace? When should it be put into use? (It’s best to specify exactly which step triggers the interlock mechanism, as using it at the wrong time can either prevent the furnace from starting up or pose a serious risk.) Thank you
It is generally put into use only after ignition and heating are complete and normal production begins. During the furnace heating process, manual control is used for a gradual increase in temperature; if interlocks are activated at this time, it becomes impossible to switch to a favorable safe state in a timely and effective manner should any problems arise.
I haven’t put the four-in-one furnace interlocks into use; they weren’t activated due to external factors. The system operates smoothly, with only alarms set up. There are some interlocks that should be activated, but I feel that in some cases it’s better not to use them at all! It’s just my personal opinion!
