To be honest, for a 6.25-meter ramming coke oven, if heating is carried out using coke oven gas without segmentation, I believe a heating level of 700 mm is quite appropriate, as it allows the spatial temperature to increase
Won’t the temperature in the space above the furnace be high then?
It’s not high. Here, the heating level is 850 mm; the highest temperature in the space is around 760°C, and it’s often not possible to measure that accurately. Our thermal management capabilities are quite good

Reply to 9# Yang Xu: I’m from Jiahua. Currently, only our company has four 6.25-meter furnaces in operation. Panzhihua Iron and Steel in Xichang is also building two 6.25-meter furnaces, and it seems that similar construction is taking place in Heilongjiang as well
