I wonder if I can find a job in Zigong like this

I graduated from a 211 university, majoring in chemical engineering and technology. I have been working for two and a half years now, and I am currently employed in the laboratory of a vitamin company, where I handle pilot-scale tests and on-site analysis tasks; there is also some element of research and development involved (although actually I would be better suited for design work). I’m not sure if my experience will allow me to find a suitable job in Zigong. My salary expectations aren’t high – anything over 2,000 yuan would be fine. Since I want to find a girlfriend, I’ll have to quit my current job. I’m a bit worried that I might not be able to find a suitable job in Zigong. Zigong is a small city and an old industrial town... You can call the Labor Department in Zigong to ask, or look for companies in Zigong that you like and call their human resources departments.
Zigong Labor Department? Does Zigong’s Labor Department also help with finding jobs?
