With the implementation of the Fixed Capacity Regulations, the volume of prototype containers required to obtain A2 container manufacturing qualifications may increase significantly in the future. From an economic perspective, if you were to choose an A2 prototype container, how would you select the appropriate one? Increase pressure? Or increase the volume? Or consider everything comprehensively? Please provide examples from the following three main aspects: 1. Media and its properties ; 2. Diameter and its volume ; 3. Design pressure, temperature, and the calculated wall thickness.
It is definitely necessary to take everything into consideration in order to find a balance – one that allows meeting the three requirements, while keeping the stress levels low and the diameter not too large. Try to use the first group of media; for example, with a pressure of 20 kilograms, only 25 cubic meters are needed to reach category three.
Some time ago, a company used our drawings for documentation purposes; the design pressure was set at 10.5 MPa, and the medium involved was helium. Those devices were actually designed and manufactured for a client, so they really saved themselves a lot of trouble

The best option, of course, is to be able to build a device for the customer that can also be used for evidence collection. If I were to make the choice myself, I would also recommend a device with a diameter of around 2000 MM; for the medium, the first group should be chosen, and the pressure should be medium. Such devices should be easy to sell in the future.
