The usual steps are. Close the root valve, open the transmitter balance valve to release pressure, remove the transmitter, wrap up the wire connections, and take it back for calibration. After verification, go to the site and install it once it’s in place. Close the valves on both sides of the three-valve assembly, and open the balance valve. Open the root valve, open the valve on one side of the three-valve assembly, close the balance valve, and open the valve on the other side. These are the general steps!
1. Disassembly: Open the balance valve, then close the two stop valves; remove the instrument for inspection. 2. Installation: Install the instrument, open the stop valves, and close the balance valve
Close the valve of the positive pressure chamber, open the balance valve, and then close the valve of the negative pressure chamber. During maintenance and installation, first open the valve of the negative pressure chamber, then close the balance valve, and finally open the valve of the positive pressure chamber.
Deactivation steps: 1. Close the positive pressure valve, open the balance valve, and then close the positive pressure valve. 2. After closing the first valve, open the vent valve to release pressure. Operation steps: 1. Close the vent valve and open the first valve. 2. After opening the positive pressure valve, close the balance valve, then open the negative pressure valve to complete the operation
Removal: Open the balance valve, close the low pressure valve, close the high pressure valve, then remove it. Installation: Open the balance valve, open the high pressure valve, open the low pressure valve, then close the balance valve.
There is a flow differential pressure transmitter (three-valve assembly) that needs to be removed for calibration; once calibrated, it must be reinstalled and put into use. Please briefly describe the removal steps and installation steps. 1. When removing it, first close the valve on the positive pressure side or the valve on the negative pressure side, open the balance valve, then close the valve on the negative pressure side or the valve on the positive pressure side, and finally remove the transmitter for calibration. 2. After installing the transmitter, first open the valve on the positive pressure side or the valve on the negative pressure side, close the balance valve, then open the valve on the negative pressure side or the positive pressure side, and the transmitter can be put into normal use. It is important to note that measurements are taken on steam and cooking isolants; the three-valve assembly must never be in an open state all at once.
Dismantle: Close the valve, remove the flow meter, and calibrate; Installation: Install the flow meter and open the valve.
Dismantling process: 1) Close the root valve (pressure tap); 2) Open the drain valve to empty the medium in the pressure guiding pipe ; 3) Open the valves on the three-valve assembly, then loosen the bolts connecting the transmitter to the three-valve assembly and remove the transmitter ; 4) Loosen the connection bolts between the three-valve assembly and the pressure lead pipe, then remove the three-valve assembly ; 5) Clean the three-valve assembly. Installation steps: 1) Connect the three-valve assembly to the transmitter, tighten the bolts to a specified torque to ensure a good seal between them ; 2) Assemble the transmitter and the three-valve assembly back onto the bracket, tighten it slightly, and move it to a position parallel to the pressure tapping pipe interface of the three-valve assembly (horizontal installation) ; 3) Secure the transmitter to the bracket, adjust its position appropriately, and then tighten the connection nut that joins the pressure tap pipe to the three-valve assembly, ensuring that neither interface is under stress. 4) Close the valves of the three-valve assembly ; 5) Slowly open the pressure tap valve and check for leaks. It is sufficient if there is no leakage for five minutes. 6) Open the valves in accordance with the startup sequence of the three-valve unit for differential pressure control, and bring the relaxer into operation.
1) Check whether all valves, pressure guide tubes, union joints, etc. are firmly connected; (2) Check whether the secondary valve and the drain valve are closed, and whether the balance valve is closed (three-valve assembly) ; (3) Open the valve (root valve) slightly once, then check the pressure guide tube, the valve, the union fittings, etc., to ensure there is no leakage. (4) Open the drain valves one by one, drain the fluid, and then close the drain valves ; (5) Loosen the screw plug in the differential pressure chamber to remove the air from it ; (6) The differential pressure transmitter can be started only after the pressure guiding pipe is filled with condensed water ; (7) Start the differential pressure transmitter, open the positive pressure valve, close the balance valve, and open the negative pressure valve. Disassemble in reverse
Reply 1# cnooczhouyx: When servicing the instruments, first close the valve on the negative pressure side, then open the balance valve, and finally close the valve on the positive pressure side. When starting the 2-way valve, first open the valve on the positive pressure side, then close the balance valve, and finally open the valve on the negative pressure side
