Calculation of Φ89 heat exchanger tube sheet?
Such a small heat exchanger? ? Just make a sleeve directly, that’s it

I wasn’t clear enough in my last message. The diameter of the heat exchanger is 600 mm, and the outer diameter of the heat exchange tubes is 89 mm. How should the tube sheet be calculated? In GB151-1998, the maximum diameter of heat exchange tubes is 57 mm; so what about heat exchange tubes with a diameter of 89 mm? Does GB151-1998 still apply in such cases? Why were such large heat exchange tubes chosen?
The parameters applicable to GB151 are as follows: 1. Nominal diameter DN ≤ 2600 mm; 2. Nominal pressure PN ≤ 35 Mpa, and the product of the nominal diameter and nominal pressure shall be ≤ 17500 Mpa. By using these criteria, one can determine whether a particular case falls within the scope of GB151. Even if these three conditions are not met, it is still possible to refer to GB151 for design purposes.
