To liven up the atmosphere of this edition, we are now seeking daily questions. To make the title better reflect everyone’s requirements, we are now seeking input from all members. I. The requirements for the daily question are as follows: 1. The *questions mainly focus on issues related to pressure vessels and vessels operating at atmospheric pressure. Since this activity has just started, it is hoped that more fill-in-the-blank, multiple-choice, and true/false questions will be provided to help everyone review some basic theoretical knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the standards or regulations ; 2. *The question provider should post a hidden reply here; the answer to *the question should be published along with *the question.* ; 3. Open one floor at a time to facilitate rewards ; 4. No confidentiality or constraints preventing public disclosure ; 5. All members can participate. II. Reward system for one question per day: 1. For each selected question – whether it is a fill-in-the-blank, multiple-choice, or true/false question with an answer – 5 wealth points are awarded; for questions without answers, 3 wealth points are given per question. For multiple-choice and discussion questions, those with answers earn 30 wealth units or an equivalent amount of charm, while those without answers earn 15 wealth units or an equivalent amount of charm. 2. For the *questions that were not adopted, a uniform reward of 5-10 wealth units is given for each *question. III. Precautions: Replies to this post must be limited to the daily question provided; any other content will be treated as spam and subject to penalties. These regulations shall come into effect on December 28, 2010; the final interpretation of these activities lies with the moderators of containers and storage areas. Moderators should be cautious when giving ratings and read the requirements carefully.

Question 1: The test temperature refers to the metal temperature of the container shell during the pressure test, rather than the temperature of the testing liquid. 2. GB150-1998 specifies that the design thickness refers to the sum of the calculated thickness and the corrosion allowance, while the effective thickness refers to the nominal thickness minus the thickness addition. 3. When the temperature is below 0°C, the allowable stress for steel and bolt materials shall be that at 0°C. 4. The weld factor shall be selected based on the type of welds in the pressurized parts of the container and the requirements for non-destructive testing. 5. During the pressure test, the membrane stress in the cylinder shall not exceed 90% of the yield limit at the test temperature. 6. Low-pressure storage containers for flammable media are classified as Class 1 pressure vessels. 7. When the sb value of the pressure vessel shell material is >540 MPa, reinforcement rings should not be used for reinforcement. 8. In terms of material, GB150, GB151, and JB4730 are only applicable to steel pressure vessels. 9. For pressure vessels without inspection holes, 100% non-destructive testing is required for Class A and B welds. 10 The opening pressure of the safety valve must not exceed the design pressure of the pressure vessel. Answer: 1. Right ; 2. Yes ; 3. Wrong ; 4. Wrong ; 5. Yes ; 6. Wrong ; 7. Yes ; 8. Wrong ; 9. Yes ; 10. Yes
