I need to choose a motor for my mixing equipment. It should operate under normal temperature and pressure conditions, be resistant to corrosion, and have adjustable speed – ideally at 50 revolutions per minute or less; the lower the speed, the better. I’m a beginner in this area, so I’m looking for a solution that offers good value for money and is easy to use. The inner diameter of my mixing equipment is 20 cm! I hope everyone can give more suggestions! Thank you first!
Option 1: A reducer with a speed reduction ratio of 1:29 will suffice; the motor reducer manufacturer will help you select and configure it.

The simplest way is to install the reducer, which is very convenient. The reducer delivers a high output torque
With an acceleration/deceleration mechanism, the efficiency drops significantly, and it also adds a maintenance point
The selection of the motor for a mixer isn’t done in this way; the speed of your mixer cannot be used to determine the appropriate motor. It is still better to choose standard motors, as they are inexpensive and easy to replace or repair. Basically, the standard motor is selected and then paired with a gearbox. That’s how it’s done.
A regular electric motor, combined with a speed-changing gear, can solve this issue
