Selection of desalination equipment and selection of suppliers

Our company will install new equipment, including a desalinated water system to supply water to the waste heat boiler (9.9 T/H, 1.0 MPa). Data provided by the design institute: the desalinated water production capacity is 20 T/H. I would like to ask: 1. Is it better to use a mixed-bed ion exchanger or reverse osmosis? Why? Cost-performance and operating and maintenance costs. 2. Suppliers with mature domestic products, preferably those located in Jiangsu Province. Thank you!
With a capacity of 20 T/H, the volume is not large; it’s better to consider ion exchange – it’s simpler and the quality is guaranteed. There are many manufacturers in Yixing City, Jiangsu Province, and these are usually equipment with steel linings covered in rubber; you can go and ask for information about them.
What era is this, still using ion exchangers? Both operational and maintenance costs are high. Use reverse osmosis! It just means investing more.
