The management of measuring instruments in this facility was initiated relatively late; previously, these instruments were in a chaotic state, with discrepancies between the actual conditions on site and the records kept. The ranges of the instruments currently in use do not match those specified in the designs, and pressure gauges are removed arbitrarily, which further leads to inconsistencies between what exists on site and the records.
