What is the typical negative pressure in the radial furnace chamber of a hydrogen production converter? Is it adjusted based on the burner’s combustion condition?
In Hainan’s hydrogen production process, the negative pressure in the upper part of the furnace ranges from -90 to -120; for combustion at the nozzles, we adjust the air valves
Control range: -20Pa to -70Pa. Method for adjusting influencing factors: The negative pressure in the conversion furnace is controlled by adjusting the opening degree of the dampers at the inlet of the exhaust fan; as the valve opening increases, the exhaust volume rises, and thus the negative pressure in the conversion furnace increases; As the valve opening decreases, the air intake volume drops, and the negative pressure in the converter furnace decreases as well. As the opening of the blower inlet control damper increases, the air supply volume rises and the negative pressure in the converter furnace decreases ; As the opening of the blower inlet control damper decreases, the air volume supplied decreases, and the negative pressure in the converter furnace increases. Adjust the inlet damper of the draft fan according to the situation: when the oxygen content is normal, use the inlet damper of the draft fan to regulate the negative pressure in the converter furnace ; When the oxygen content is too high or too low, the negative pressure in the converter furnace is adjusted using the blower inlet control valve. At the same time, taking into account the changes in flue gas flow, the impact of these changes on the temperatures in various sections of the convective zone of the converter is considered; as a result, the negative pressure in the converter decreases when the PSA exhaust flow increases ; The PSA exhaust flow decreases, and the negative pressure in the converter furnace increases. Adjust the inlet control damper of the drum blower according to the situation; as the amount of fuel gas fed into the conversion furnace increases, the negative pressure in the conversion furnace decreases ; The amount of fuel converted decreases, while the negative pressure in the conversion furnace increases. Adjust the inlet damper of the drum blower according to the situation
The negative pressure at the top of my device (near the burner) is currently controlled between -20 Pa and -50 Pa
