This month, a quantitative assessment is still conducted on the work performed by the board members during the month. Those with a comprehensive evaluation score below 1000 points will receive a bonus amount corresponding to that score, while those with a score above 1000 points will receive a fixed bonus of 1000 wealth points. Unqualified moderators are downgraded to regular moderators, while unqualified regular moderators are removed from their positions outright. Regular moderators who achieve excellent performance in assessments for two consecutive months are promoted to moderators. Outstanding moderators (real* moderators) will be given additional value rewards. All moderators (including assistants) in the coal chemical industry section, as well as some experts from the technical teams in that section, are requested to reply to this post. Other unrelated individuals should not reply. Thank you for your cooperation! 　　The bonus base in December is 400 Wealth, with a maximum of 1000 Wealth; official moderators receive a salary of 30 Charm. This month, moderators who have performed well will still receive a reward of +20 Charm or +1 Prestige; keep up the good work!
