Have anyone used magnetic float level gauges? How does it feel? Will adding a heat trace in the north affect the measurements?
The ideal product for measuring liquid levels in industries such as petroleum and chemicals, offering intuitive and clear results at a glance. But there are specialized ones for winter, frost-resistant, that don’t require any heating at all.

There are anti-frost versions of magnetic float level gauges that do not require heating, so you can rest assured on that front. It is mainly related to the cleanliness of the medium, vaporization, and temperature. It works quite well and is easy to understand

What is the principle behind antifreeze that doesn’t require heating?
