Under what conditions is a 10% RT radiograph required in a pressure vessel at atmospheric pressure?
Isn’t it specified in the standards? If there is no NB standard, then refer to the JB/T standard. If there are really no rules requiring filming, then just don’t film it – it’s a good way to save money.
