Hello, OP! I work at Lianyungang Ocean Fluid Loading and Unloading Equipment Co., Ltd., which is part of the COSCO Group. At present, among domestic LNG skid-mounted units, only our company possesses the capability for design, production, and processing. As early as 2005, we manufactured LNG skid-mounted units for Dapeng in Shenzhen, and to date we have completed over 100 such projects. Compared to ordinary transfer hoses, LNG transfer hoses rely mainly on rotary joints (treated for cryogenic conditions), the use of low-temperature steel balls, the selection of primary seals, nitrogen purging of the rotary joints, low-temperature valves (for controlling nitrogen purging in the main pipelines), and most importantly, welding techniques.
