The pressure fluctuations in the crude benzene distillation tower, and the inability to raise the temperature at the oil-rich outlet of the heater – these are mainly due to the pressure fluctuations in the distillation tower itself
Oil-rich pipelines are prone to sandhole leaks at the bend at the outlet of the tubular furnace； The oil-rich pump does not easily reach high flow rates ； Abnormally high water levels in the dehydration tower separation tank and the benzene separation tank ； A large amount of superheated steam is required.
In the benzene washing tower, the gas temperature is higher than the lean oil temperature.
