Which sea friend can help check how many types of conversion catalysts there are? How many types are there for sulfur-resistant low-temperature shift (cobalt-molybdenum) catalysts? :handshake
Hubei Provincial Institute of Chemistry, B303Q; Linqu Taifeng Chemical TB302Q, TB303Q, etc.
The sulfur-resistant, low-temperature shift catalysts commonly used in small and medium-sized nitrogen fertilizer plants include B301Q, B302Q, B303Q, NCBC, NB, JB301, LH301, etc.

Transformation catalysts include iron-chromium-based catalysts, cobalt-molybdenum-based sulfur-resistant transformation catalysts, and copper-zinc-based low-temperature transformation catalysts. Cobalt-molybdenum-based sulfur-resistant shift catalysts include: ZHUANGXIN HENGRUI’s K8-11G, K8-11H, K8-11B, K8-11C, etc.; QINGDAO LIANXIN’s QDB-01, QDB-02, QDB-03, QDB-04, QDB-05, etc.; QILU KELI’s QCS-01, QCS-02, QCS-03, QCS-04, etc.; HUBEI INSTITUTE’S Q302B, Q303B, and the EB series, among many others!
Are the cobalt-molybdenum-based sulfur-resistant shift catalysts from that manufacturer of good quality?
Reply to 5# Voldemort1997: For the fixed-bed batch gas production process, full low-temperature shift, medium-low-low temperature shift, or medium-series low temperature shift scenarios, it is recommended to use products from Hubei Institute; for sulfur-resistant shift processes in water-coal slurry gas production or coal powder gasification processes, Qingdao Lianxin, Qilu Keli, or Zhejiang Huaheng Rui’s products are suggested.
