Reasons for sensing failure in Fusheng centrifugal compressors

Dear **, I hope you can offer some guidance. For the Fusheng centrifugal air compressor 310da3, the control panel indicates failures in the sensing of motor current, oil pressure, vibration at high and low speeds, as well as exhaust pressure. All 5 readings are negative, with no change in the values. If it’s a sensor failure, why does this fault occur at the same time? Also, in the control panel, during shutdown, 9 LEDs remain lit, with 1 LED flashing (the watchdog timer). In faulty units, 2 additional sets of LEDs are lit. A lit light indicates an open circuit. I wonder if it’s due to a relay failure. Urgently need an answer; if it can be resolved. Thank you very much; please contact me at 55827156. Note to Fusheng
It can be determined that the sensors are not damaged; it’s impossible for multiple sensors to fail at the same time. It must be some common circuit board or communication cable

OurZW555 model also experienced this type of fault in December 2010. After inspection, it was found that the main orifice plate was damaged. Just replace it with a new one.

Are you using Repush Erida compressors?

Check whether your MAT, OPT, LVT, HVT, SPT, and other signals come from the same card; I suspect the card is damaged or there is a communication issue.
All 5 items should have 4-20mA inputs; it’s very likely that there is a fault with the card or the communication link.
The older models of Fusheng used to have quite reliable performance, so they can be purchased with confidence
