We also encountered similar problems shortly after a inspection, and the solutions were: 1. Reinstall the operating system of HIS as well as the drivers for CS3000 and network cards； It didn’t work; I tried other HIS systems as well, and they also didn’t work. 2. Reinstall CS3000 on the engineer station – it still doesn’t work. 3. Check whether the paths of the configuration files on the engineer station are consistent; there’s no problem. 4. The engineer station should be logged in using an administrator account, while other HIS systems should be logged in using CENTUM user accounts. I hope our approach will be useful to you!
