Is the purpose merely to heat the water to boiling point so that it evaporates? 1. Under negative pressure, boiling can occur at 80 degrees at 0.47 bar (a). 2. At normal pressure, it is more difficult; in such cases, an MVR can be used to increase the pressure and temperature of the steam
According to the second law of thermodynamics, it is impossible to heat water to 100°C using steam at 80°C. Water can boil at ≤80°C only under vacuum negative pressure; steam at 80°C, if it is water vapor, can exist only under negative pressure as well.
It’s impossible to heat water from 80 degrees to 100 degrees using only steam at 80 degrees. Has the original poster ever studied the laws of thermodynamics?

Thank you all up there. However, I have a requirement: solutions can only be found on the steam side; nothing can be changed on the water side (pressure and such cannot be altered). Also, regarding point 6L, it is possible to do this, but I still don’t know the details yet, so I need to ask for your advice
Direct heating is not practical; I agree with MVR from the second floor. Or a heat pump might work too; I’m not entirely sure about the details

What is the temperature of steam at 80 degrees when it turns into water? Is heat released in this process?
