It’s the end of the year; how do you plan to spend the holidays? The shift workers in the workshop start preparing to take over shifts, and many of these replacement workers lack the same sense of responsibility as those on regular shifts, which represents a significant risk. However, preventing them from taking over shifts is not fair. The workshop supervisor kept working shifts continuously because they wanted to stay at home a little longer, which left them very tired. How do you arrange such things?
Our company does not allow people to work as substitutes; doing so is very exhausting, it creates safety risks for the company, and it has a negative impact on an individual’s health. The Spring Festival isn’t very long, but it involves showing respect to the elderly, going out with the whole family to shops, visiting relatives, and finding time for entertainment. Alas, there’s not much time for rest either; the Spring Festival can be quite exhausting.
Going back to see both sets of parents, and spending more time with one’s wife and children – that is the greatest fulfillment! Alas, it’s not easy being a worker!
The time to go home is too short; it’s really disappointing. At a distance of 100 yards, it’s not possible to do it very often. My parents are worried, and I feel guilty towards them.
I don’t know the time; I have no plans. It passed by in a quiet manner.
I still don’t know if there will be a holiday for the New Year or not How can there be a plan!
