Does anyone know how to deal with the pressure issues related to the oxygen pipe being connected to the slurry?...... Experts from Texaco

First: the chained procedure issue. There may be a design issue with the operating time of the parking interlock valve. Second: problems with the burner itself. Third: Problems with the valve itself.
I suggest you check the nitrogen purging time!
Check it section by section; clean and degrease the piping again
