In a piston-type refrigerator, the exhaust pressure increases while the suction pressure decreases. Why does this phenomenon occur? Do screw-type refrigerators not experience this phenomenon?

There are generally non-condensable gases inside the condenser, not liquids as you mentioned (and even if there were liquids, they would flow out). Non-condensable gases can only increase the condensation pressure (which is equivalent to the exhaust pressure), but the evaporation pressure will rise. Therefore, I cannot agree with your view.
