The quality of boiler water must be maintained at a dynamic equilibrium. The amount of discharge is determined based on the quality of the boiler water. Straining removes water sludge, impurities, and floating matter! The inter-row cleaning is mainly aimed at removing scale and salts from the bottom of the steam drum. During normal production, when both the conductivity of the furnace water and the phosphate level are high, intermittent blowdown should be used to adjust these parameters
