What do unit weight and total weight refer to respectively? Net weight and filled weight?

I’m not sure which of these corresponds to which weight mentioned in the drawings – whether it’s the net weight, the operating weight, the weight with water filled, or something else
Unit weight: the weight of a single piece of equipment; Total weight: the combined weight of multiple pieces of equipment.
