Now, it’s the end of the year, and some companies will give their employees year-end bonuses while others won’t. Let’s talk about year-end bonuses. 1. Does your company give out year-end bonuses? 2. How does your company determine the year-end bonus for each worker? 3. What do you think about the year-end bonus?
1. Yes, we will get the year-end bonus. 2. Project bonuses and one month’s salary. 3. The more, the better!
1) Yes 2) Haven’t gotten it yet, so I don’t know 3) The year-end bonus will help me decide whether I will leave or not.
This is the most exciting moment of the year, ever!!! I love the year-end bonus!!! :lol Based on the results of various assessments, different coefficients are assigned to employees in higher positions; we then get a figure that is calculated by multiplying our salary by that coefficient. The level of our wages is directly related to the amount of bonus we receive, which is really unfortunate. :'( But it’s still better than nothing.
Reply 4# zoeyhahaha It’s better than nothing, I think…… The only difference is that I don’t have any coefficients.
1. Yes! 2. Based on the workers’ years of service. 3. The year-end bonuses are too small, but better than nothing.
From the employees’ perspective, everyone would say the more the better. But different people contribute in different ways. Therefore, managers identify those who contribute the most. What does it mean to contribute the most? It doesn’t mean working the longest hours, nor does it mean producing the greatest number of high-quality products – all of these are things done on a daily basis. Contributing the most always focuses on the future: Have you found ways to increase production, save energy, or conserve raw materials? Have you identified products that are currently underperforming in the market but have potential for success in the future? All of these are essential for success in the future. Top managers take these factors into consideration when making allocation decisions, while the best employees set goals based on them from the start, with the aim of earning the highest bonuses. Unfortunately, most organizations do not reward employees based on future-oriented efforts, even though they claim to do so; my company is no exception. Thankfully, most organizations do act in this way. I’m just one of millions who suffer from this situation. Still, I remain happy.

I am desperately awaiting my year-end bonus, as it accounts for one third of my annual income.
It’s a sensitive topic to discuss year-end bonuses. The company always delays them until the end of March, so that we can remain without any obligations after leaving. Congratulations on receiving your year-end bonuses in advance, along with additional rewards for your projects.
