Sinopec Balin Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has invested around 2.5 billion yuan to build a 120,000 t/a styrene plant, a 250,000 t/a butyl octanol plant, and a single furnace and single unit facility in the existing plant areas of the Olefins Division, Cyclohexane Division, and Thermal Power Division in Yunxi District, Yueyang. The butyl octanol plant will cover an area of 6.13 ha (of which 1.18 ha is newly acquired land, while the rest is wasteland); the styrene plant will occupy 4.35 ha (with 2.03 ha being newly acquired land on mountainous terrain); and the single furnace and single unit facility will cover an area of 3.57 ha； An investment of approximately 987 million yuan is planned to build a 150,000-ton/year epoxy resin production facility (Phase I) in the epoxy resin division, covering an area of 3.93 hectares. I would like to know whose technology is used in Baling Petrochemical’s 250,000 t/a butyl octanol production facility?
