The acetic acid concentration tower in the workshop suffers from severe flooding. The parameters at the time of flooding were 92.5 degrees at the top of the tower, 113.5 degrees at the bottom, a tower pressure of 0.032 MPa, and the wastewater contained about 4.5% acid. I would appreciate it if someone could explain why flooding occurs so severely
