If it is only the KV valve that cannot be opened, preventing nitrogen filling, the bypass valve can be used as a temporary solution. If there is no nitrogen available at the source, then inform the relevant party to restore supply as soon as possible. At the same time, attention must be paid to the cathode circulation; the liquid level at 270 should not experience large fluctuations to prevent air from entering the hydrogen pipeline
The most important thing is to ensure that no negative pressure occurs on the cathode side; a small amount of pure water can be added to prevent the liquid level in the cathode tank from dropping too rapidly. It is recommended to have plenty of nitrogen cylinders on site – using them sparingly, one cylinder can last for 10 minutes (as long as positive pressure is maintained in the electrolyzer system)
Keep the anode at a lower pressure range; if that’s not possible, use a nitrogen cylinder to slowly add nitrogen to the nitrogen system in front of the safety seal. We encountered it twice before, during repairs on the nitrogen system pipelines at the air compressor station! This is just my humble opinion; I hope those more experienced can offer guidance!
