It’s obvious that this is meant to attract fresh graduates; coal chemical industry professionals aren’t recruited in this way. Those hired in this manner are either people with connections or incompetent graduate students. Look for them in private enterprises that manufacture coal chemical equipment – it are the junior college graduates who, in order to make a living, work as fitters in hot workshops, draw part diagrams, and provide technical services at coal chemical plants in northern Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia, yet still only earn 1,000 RMB per month, that are the real talents.
