When exhaust gas is released from a chimney and its diffusion rate is slower than the condensation rate of water vapor in the exhaust gas, white smoke is formed. The main reasons for white smoke coming from chimneys are as follows. 1. Water accumulates in the flue, and it is carried away by the hot exhaust gases, increasing the moisture content in those gases. II. Steam leaks into the gas preheater and enters the gas system. III. Poor drainage of the condensate pipes in the gas pipeline leads to gas containing water. IV. When the temperature drops suddenly, the water vapor in the exhaust gas is rapidly condensed. V. The temperature of the regasified gas itself is too high. VI. Due to a switch failure, the chain failed as it had not been reversed for an extended period of time. For these reasons, it is necessary to ensure proper flood control and drainage for the flue ducts, carry out regular inspections of the water seals for gas condensate, inspect the preheaters, and conduct routine checks on the exchange equipment. :lol
