Methanol has a wide range of uses; it is primarily used in the production of polyvinyl alcohol (vinylon), formaldehyde, acetic acid, dimethyl terephthalate (polyester), methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate (plexiglass), amines (used in pesticides, chemical products, surfactants, solvents, and methyl halides), as a refrigerant, as fuel, for synthesizing proteins, in paints, gasoline, and methyl isobutyl ether. Methanol is also an emerging raw material in the energy and chemical industries. In addition to the uses mentioned above, it can be used in the production of pentaerythritol, synthetic isoprene rubber, film, and polyvinyl chloride resins. Recent years have seen new developments in the utilization of methanol. It is still used today to produce olefins, ethanol, ethylene glycol, and others.

It also addresses the issue of emulsification and layering, as well as blockages in the fuel lines that can occur when gasoline and methanol are mixed in the same tank; moreover, with this approach, methanol can be used directly without any additives. (3) The company has obtained multiple **invention and utility model patents** related to this system… In summary, this system features a rational design, an appropriate technical approach, easy installation, reliable operation, and advanced performance; its research achievements in the field of vehicle dual-fuel electronic injection are at the international advanced level
Our dependence on imported oil has reached 55%, which is a highly dangerous situation. Developing coal-based chemical industries is a temporary solution to this problem; the long-term solution to the energy crisis lies in developing new forms of energy, such as wind power and nuclear power, as well as tapping into geothermal energy. We should save coal to use it as a substitute for oil, and vigorously develop bioenergy and ocean energy to expand the range of new energy sources and diversify the fuels used by vehicles
Don’t worry; there are already large-scale facilities in our vicinity that use methanol to produce ethylene, and methanol is not even sufficient for those facilities. So, don’t worry. Companies are ready to purchase methanol abroad; currently, the surplus is only a temporary phenomenon. This process route is quite advanced, and many people want to adopt it.
