I really can’t find a section related to analysis instruments, so I’m asking for help here** – does anyone know the reason for the discrepancy between the analog signal output by the Siemens U23 analysis instrument and the analog signal that it should actually output? (That is, when the theory suggests an output of 10mA, the actual output is only 9mA.) Is there any way to adjust this?

If there are problems with the forced output, and it is confirmed that the DCS or ammeter is fine, then Siemens can be contacted. It falls under the maintenance scope.
By forced output, you mean simulated output testing, right? If there are issues with the analog output test, a certain parameter must be adjusted within the factory settings, but Siemens’ engineer passwords are kept confidential. . So generally, they will ask you to return to the factory
If the motherboard is fine, it can be sent back to the factory for 4-20mA output calibration. The repair factory is in Dalian.

Check whether the range setting of your gauge is correct. If there is no problem, then there is an issue with the D/A module itself; contact the manufacturer directly.
Original poster, please first check the parameter settings for the analog signal output; this can be found in the analog output section of the instrument configuration: Configuration→Input menu→70 Analog output. The zero point for the analog output of Siemens analyzers can be set to 0/2/4 mA – please verify that it is set correctly.
