Questions regarding the statistics of instrument data

As we all know, our instrumentation industry attaches great importance to data statistics, especially the statistics related to the four key metrics of instruments. Previously, statistics on the four rates of instruments were compiled monthly; the integrity rate, online utilization rate, automation rate, and leakage rate at static and dynamic sealing points were all calculated on a monthly basis. Around the end of the year and the beginning of the new year, the relevant department requires an annual report to be submitted, which means that the four rates need to be calculated on an annual basis. Kid, I’m really stuck now. Self-control is manageable – after all, it’s a process that progresses from low to high – but the trends in the other three rates change differently each month. How am I supposed to keep track of that? I would like to ask fellow sailors: if you were to prepare an annual report, how would you calculate these four rates?
