Issues with the nitrogen seal valve on the storage tank

All of the storage tanks in our company are equipped with nitrogen purge valves. When the pressure inside the tank drops below a certain level, nitrogen is pumped into it. These valves have been in use for almost two years now. I’d like to ask if anyone has any methods for testing the effectiveness of these valves?
The pressure inside the tank is within the set value; both the program and valves are functioning normally.
Generally, storage tanks with nitrogen padding are equipped with flame and explosion-proof breather valves. Under normal operating conditions of the tank, if the breather valve suddenly sends a signal indicating an intake action, it is likely that there is a possibility of valve failure in the nitrogen padding system.
1. The storage tank remains in a static tank state. 2. The nitrogen sealing system is operating normally. 3. Observe the pressure in the vapor space of the tank. 4. Open the pressure-relief devices on the tank roof (emergency relief valves or vent holes). When the pressure drops to the set value of the pressure relief valve, observe the operation of the pressure relief valve.
