As far as I know, there are at least 4 coal chemical projects under construction or planned in Shaanxi Province, with the majority of them located in areas such as Yulin. As is well known, coal chemical projects have high demands on water resources; basically, just one Shenhua Dow project is enough to exhaust the local environmental capacity in Yuheng.
