How to use Aspen to simulate chillers?

I last used Aspen to simulate the quencher, but the simulation results differed greatly from those I obtained through extensive manual calculations, as well as from the actual conditions. Question: What model should be chosen when simulating a quench cooler?
In the quencher, mass transfer and heat transfer processes occur, but it is assumed that all the deoxygenated water vaporizes and enters the gas phase, so there is no issue with mass transfer efficiency; therefore, I believe a simple mixer will suffice.
