I’ve been working at a state-owned enterprise for 6 or 7 years now; almost everyone who started working there with us has been promoted. The latest round of promotions included some people, but I wasn’t among them. In our own department, there are relatively few promotions for undergraduate students. Like everyone in other departments, they all got promoted. Maybe I will be there next year. I didn’t get my engineer’s certificate this year. Everyone, please help me analyze why. Should I quit my job, wait for an opportunity, or wait until I get my engineer’s license before quitting?
